Diodo Village youth assembly holds their general election, Nkemakonam Aghaji retains position as the chairman (See pictures).

Diodo village youth assembly, in Nri, Anaocha LGA of Anambra state, today, holds their general election.

The election regarded as one of the most peaceful election in the town was conducted using option A4.

The current Chairman, Comrade Nkemakonam Aghaji, retained his position as the chairman of the village youth assembly while his vice president Comrade Emeka Okafor was elected unopposed.

Below is the list of elected candidates and their position.

Comrade Aghaji Nkemakonam – Chairman
Comrade Okafor Emeka (Wire) – Vice Chairman
Comrade Okafor Chukwunwike – Secretary
Comrade Obinna Ndibe – Financial Secretary
Comrade Micheal Okafor Otiji – Treasurer
Comrade Arinze Ofokaogu – Provost 1
Comrade Chizoba Ogugua – Provost ||
Comrade Chioma Joy Ndibe – Woman Leader.

The general election for Nri youth assembly comes up on the 28th of December, 2023, at the town hall.
