Christmas: Enugu Information Commissioner Felicitates Christians, Urges Safety, Refrain From Drug Abuse

This time of the year brings together families, relatives, friends, and loved ones, creating memories and fostering the spirit of togetherness.

As we celebrate, it is important that we remain vigilant and mindful of our actions, particularly in these areas: drug usage, consumption of alcohol and reckless driving.

We implore Ndi Enugu and their friends to refrain from drug use and abuse during the holiday season, observe road safety measures and drink responsibly.

Of course reckless driving, drunk driving and drug use pose significant threat to the safety of everyone. The increase in traffic during the holidays create an environment where responsible driving becomes even more crucial. Everyone is therefore enjoined to maintain caution, adhere to traffic rules, and respect the rights of others.
