Tinubu’s S’Court Victory: Ekwunife Rejoices, Says His Vision Resonates With People

The Director-General (DG) South East Governors Forum (SEGF) Senator Uche Ekwunife, has rejoiced with President Bola Tinubu on his victory at the Supreme Court, stating that the affirmation at the apex court was a demonstration of the resounding endorsement of the trust placed in him by Nigerians in the last presidential election.

Ekwunife in a statement issued on Sunday in Awka by her media aide, Tony Ezike, emphasized that his leadership as the President would unite the people more than ever.

She underscored President Tinubu’s renewed “hope agenda” for a prosperous nation, adding that his vision resonates with the aspirations of majority of Nigerians.

Senator Ekwunife also expressed the hope of the South East Governors Forum (SEGF) to work with his administration to continue to prioritize unity, reconciliation, and peaceful coexistence.

She urged the government to adopt a participatory leadership style, recognizing the challenges facing the country.

She called on political leaders, irrespective of party affiliations to set aside personal differences and work with President Tinubu for the greater good of Nigerians.

The former Senator that represented Anambra Central Senatorial District, described the Supreme Court’s verdict as a unique opportunity to heal divisions, bridge gaps, and unite Nigeria.

She stressed the readiness of the South East Governors to work with the President for the uplift of the nation.
