According to the Director General of Peace and Good Governance Group and convener of the YOUTH SECURITY SUMMIT South East 2023 Monday Diamond Ani JP, Dr Peter Mbah of Enugu State deserves the Award because proper Rating of any State Governor starts with his performance on Security, for an unsafe State cannot boast of Peace,Good Governance and economic viability.

Recall that on the assumption of Office as the Governor of Enugu State Dr Peter Mbah was faced with prevailing security challenges majorly anchored on the SIT-AT-HOME practice by the ENUGU environs which hitherto negatively affected the economy of Enugu State and South East at large because Enugu State is the administrative(Headquarters)capital of Ndi Igbo.

But Governor Mbah is his decisiveness drastically went head on with the challenge, tackled and tactically fought it standstill, and today,Enugu State is free from the SIT-AT-HOME endemic while businesses now thrive on Mondays than ever before. Kudos to the Governor, his Team and the responsive Security Agencies who are working with him.
