NAWOJ Congratulates Mbah, Nwifuru On Supreme Court victory

The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) South East Zone, has congratulated Dr. Peter Mbah, governor of Enugu State and Rt. Hon. Francis Nwifuru, governor of Ebonyi State, on their Supreme Court victory.

The National Vice President of NAWOJ, South East Zone, Comrade Amaka Agbo, in a Congratulatory message issued on Wednesday, described the victory of the duo as triumph of justice.

Her words: ‘This resounding victory not only signifies the triumph of justice but also serves as the removal of all distractions, allowing you to wholeheartedly focus on the critical business of governance in Enugu(Ebonyi) State.

“The legal battles at the Election Petition Tribunal, Appeal Court, and finally the apex court have affirmed the trust and confidence the people of Enugu/Ebonyi States have placed in your leadership.

“As you embark on the noble task of steering the affairs of the state, we are confident that your administration will bring about positive and transformative change. The perseverance and resilience demonstrated throughout the legal challenges reflect your unwavering commitment to the welfare and progress of the people.

“Your Excellency, NAWOJ, South East Zone, looks forward to witnessing the continued development and prosperity under your visionary leadership. May your tenure be marked by peace, prosperity, and inclusive governance.

She wished the Governors success in their endeavours for the uplift of their respective States.
