Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State, Friday, inaugurated an ultra modern clinic at the NYSC, orientation camp in Awgu Local Government Area.
Governor Mbah who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Chidiebere Onyia, who inaugurated the clinic for use after the swearing-in ceremony of the 2024 batch C stream 2 orientation course, restated state government’s resolve to transform the NYSC camp and make it conducive for camp activities.
He commended the corps members for rendering themselves for national service, urging them to integrate with their host communities and contribute positively to the progress of their communities.

In a remark, the NYSC State Coordinator Mrs. Oluwakemi Awolulola, appreciated the state government for its unflinching commitment to give the camp a face lift.
She urged the corps members to prioritise all camp activities, obey all rules and refrain from acts that will paint the scheme negatively.
The NYSC Coordinator also advised them to take seriously the skill acquisition programmes for self development and reliant, and makAwolulolae their contribution to national building through community service.
Also speaking, the Awgu local government chairman, Uchenna Okolo, while welcoming the corps members to the local government, assured them of his continuous support for the scheme.
Two thousand, ninety five corps members were sworn-in for the 2024 batch C stream 2 orientation course.
