Enugu Information Commissioner Congratulates Atigwe On Bye-Election Victory

The Enugu State Commissioner for Information and Communication, Aka Eze Aka, has congratulated, Engr Simon Chukwuemeka Atigwe, who won the Igbo-Eze North/Udenu Federal Constituency re-run election held on Saturday.

Aka in a statement issued on Sunday in Enugu, described Atigwe’s emergence as well deserved.

He said, “Hon Sir, your emergence bearing the flag of our great party, PDP is indeed a testament not only to your faith, leadership capability and qualities, but also the strength of your character.

“Your performance at the 9th Nigeria National Assembly was unparalleled, no wonder the people came out en masse to demonstrate their trust in your capacity by returning you to the House to continue to uplift our people and reposition the constituency.

“As you return to the House, I wish to assure you of my continued friendship and support.

“I look forward to working with you not only for further development of our dear Enugu State, but also to initiate more people oriented programmes for the people of our constituency

“Our people have been vindicated in their quest for a seasoned and dedicated leadership. We continue to win with quality service and dedication to the people.
