Nwobodo, Wife, Others Attend Wedding of Enugu South Legislative Council Leader, Egbo

Former Governor of old Anambra State, Senator Jim Nwobodo, his Wife, Dr. Patricia and several dignitaries, Saturday, attended the wedding of Hon. John Okechukwu Egbo, aka ‘Multiple’

Egbo, who is the Leader, Enugu South Legislative Council, tied the nuptial knot with Jennifer at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, Amechi Awkunanaw, Enugu State.

Dignitaries present at the wedding ceremony were the Chairman of Enugu South LGA, Hon. Caleb Ani; his Deputy, Hon. Anthony Egbo, former Chairman of the council, Hon. Monday Eneh, former secretaries of the LG, Hon. David Agbo and Hon. Emma Ike Orji, the current Secretary, Barr. Ken Nyamma, Chairman, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Enugu South, Hon. Freedom Nnam, Hon. Duke Nwafor, PDP Zonal Secretary and Councillors.

Also present were the traditional rulers of Amechi Awkunanaw, HRH Igwe John Omedaku Ngene, HRH Igwe Daniel Nnamani of Amechi Uno, Organising Secretary, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Enugu State Chapter, Ozo Emma Ugwu, Chairman, Ohanaeze, Enugu South, Chief Christian Igwe, President General, Amechi Awkunanaw Development Union (ADU); Chief Paul Agbo, among others.

Sen. Jim Nwobodo in an interview with Aproko Republic said he was at the wedding because of the quality of the couples and urged them, to exercise patience, perseverance, tolerance and maturity.

“I’m sure God will bless their union with the fruits of the womb and grant them prosperity, long life, and peace of mind.”he said.

Thereafter, he was accompanied to his car, where he departed to his residence.
