His contributions extended beyond Nigeria’s financial sector, shaping communities and driving progress across the Southeast.
“A pioneer in Nigerian banking, Mr. Dozie’s work transformed the financial landscape. His founding of Diamond Bank was more than an entrepreneurial venture—it was a bold affirmation of local ingenuity, trust, and the potential of African-led financial institutions. Under his leadership, the bank grew into a beacon of innovation and resilience, setting new standards for customer-centric banking. His advisory roles with the Central Bank of Nigeria further underscored his unwavering commitment to national economic development.

His efforts exemplified his passion for inclusive growth, job creation, and the empowerment of future generations—values that align deeply with CCGE’s mission.
“To us, Mr. Pascal Dozie was more than a business leader—he was a guiding light, a friend, and an enduring source of inspiration. His legacy continues to shape our work, encouraging us to build with excellence, integrity, and vision—principles he embodied throughout his life.
