‘Your Growth, Dedication Inspires Me’ — Atiku Eulogises Obi At 62

Atiku Abubakar, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), on Wednesday, said his Labour Party (LP) counterpart, Peter Obi, inspires him.
The former Vice President who made the remark while felicitating with Obi on his 62nd birthday, said the former Anambra State Governor’s dedication to service and growth over the years is the inspiration.

Describing Obi as a distinguished and respected leader, he wrote via Twitter: “Happy 62nd birthday to @PeterObi, a respected leader and distinguished former governor of Anambra state and presidential candidate of the Labour Party. Your dedication to service and growth continues to inspire.

“As you add another year today, I, on behalf of my family and team wish you many more years in good health and vitality. -AA”

We reports that Obi, who was a member of PDP, defected to LP prior to the 2023 presidential election.

Prior to his defection, Obi was tipped to emerge as Atiku’s running mate in the February 25 presidential election.
