Man K!lls His Ex-Wife During Fight In Ogun

A 37-year-old man, Muftau Adefalu, has allegedly k!lled his ex-wife, my, in the Sango-Ota area of Ogun State.

The spokesperson of the State Police Command, SP Omolola Odutola, who confirmed the incident to the punch on Saturday, November 2, 2024, said the suspect has been arrested.

According to the PPRO, the incident occurred at about 8:00 pm on Friday, November 1, during a misunderstanding between the couple which resulted in a scuffle

During the scuffle, the victim immediately slumped and was later confirmed dead at the hospital where she was rushed to.

“The man had a misunderstanding with his ex-wife, which resulted in a fight. She slumped during the scuffle and was immediately taken to a hospital for medical,” Odutola stated.

“She was later confirmed dead by a doctor on duty. The corpse has been deposited at the Ifo General Hospital morgue for autopsy. The suspect has been arrested and detained.
