FG Won’t Embark On New Projects In 2025 – Minister Of Works

Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, has said the federal government will not embark on new capital projects in 2025.
The former governor of Ebonyi state made this known while speaking at a town hall meeting with stakeholders in Calabar, Cross River state over the weekend.

He said the sole focus of the Nigerian government is the Lagos-Calabar coastal road project, and other federal highways in the country.

In his words;

“We will resist going into new projects in 2025. We want to pay attention to the coastal highway from Calabar to Lagos. We also want to complete other federal highways, especially the Calabar-Uyo road.”
