The Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) has issued a clear deadline to all allottees and property owners across its estates to revalidate their title documents as well as update their property records on or before Wednesday, 31st December, 2025 – or risk invalidation.

The revalidation exercise, which began on Monday, 15th September, 2025, is being carried out in strict compliance with directives from the Enugu State Government.

According to ESHDC General Manager, Dr. Gerald Asogwa, the move is designed to guarantee proper documentation, improve service delivery, and align property management with global best practices.

“This is the only window for property owners to regularize their documents. After this exercise, only duly revalidated title documents will be recognized by the Corporation,” Dr. Asogwa warned.
