Hon. Hyginus Abugu Echezona, CEO of Hygab Properties and a prominent son of Essodo III in Igbo Eze North, has officially resigned his membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) under the leadership of Hon. Geoffrey Uche Nnaji.
