Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard Slams Players Tottenham defeat

Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard, has slammed his players’ lapse in concentration in defence that led to Tottenham’s equaliser, after his side crashed out of the Carabao Cup on Tuesday.
Timo Werner scored his first goal for the club to give them a 19th minute lead, but Spurs were level with seven minutes left.
Erik Lamela prodded the ball past Eduoard Mendy, after a mix-up between Kurt Zouma and Fikayo Tomori.
Spurs went on to win via penalty kicks, after Chelsea’s Mason Mount missed.
Lampard has demanded his side stay switched on defensively for the full 90 minutes.
“It was frustrating, the thing we work on is defending our box. We did it very well at Brighton and against Liverpool for most of the game.
“You sleep for one minute and don’t recover and defend a zone where players score goals then you are going to concede. Players have to get better at that,” Lampard told Sky Sports
