A male mechanic swept away by flood on Tuesday in Nimo in Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State has been found dead.

The body was found at Ogbujilekwe along the Nimo-Neni Road following an intensified search.

The man whose name is unknown hails from Egbengwu Village in Nimo was said to have mistakenly stepped into a drainage at the popular Oye Nimo Market during a heavy rain and was carried away by the flood.
