APC Invites S’East Stakeholders To Enugu For Constitution Review Hearing

The All Progressives Congress (APC), will on Friday, November 14, 2025, hold its South-East Zonal Public Hearing on the ongoing amendment of the party’s constitution.

According to a statement signed by the National Legal Adviser and Secretary of the APC Constitution Amendment Committee, Murtala Aliyu Kankia, the event will take place at The Dome, International Conference Centre, Enugu, beginning at 9 a.m.

The exercise, which follows the resolution of the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC), aims to gather inputs from members, support groups, civil society organisations, youth, and women groups across Enugu, Abia, Imo, Anambra, and Ebonyi States.

Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah of Enugu State is billed to serve as Chief Host.

The Committee said the public hearing would provide a platform for stakeholders to raise issues, make contributions, and submit memoranda on sections of the APC constitution that require amendment.

It added that the process is designed to strengthen internal democracy within the party and prepare it for the 2027 general elections.
