The Traditional Regent of the ancient Nri Kingdom and Custodian of Igbo Culture and Tradition, Prince Ikenna Onyesoh (Idebutaku Na Nri), has congratulated the Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo (CFR), on his re-election victory in the just-concluded governorship election.
In a message shared on his official Facebook page (@Regent Prince Ikenna Onyesoh), the Regent lauded Governor Soludo for his developmental strides and notable achievements across Anambra State within his first term, describing them as a testament that the state remains the “leading light of the nation.”
Prince Onyesoh also commended all the candidates who participated in the election for their maturity and peaceful conduct throughout the campaign and election process, noting that their disposition reflects a true spirit of democracy.
He wrote:
“May I, on behalf of the ancient Nri Kingdom and the Igbo race in general, congratulate you, His Excellency Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR, Executive Governor of Anambra State, on your well-deserved victory at the just-concluded gubernatorial election.
