Enugu: Ex-APGA Reps Candidate Dumps Party

The candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the 2023 National Assembly election for Enugu North and South Federal Constituency, Nonso Nnamani, has resigned his membership of the party.

Nnamani, the Executive Director, Power Shift Africa in a short message to Aproko Republic on Wednesday in Enugu, expressed gratitude to everyone who supported him while in the party.

The full statement:

After careful consideration, I have decided to resign my position as a member of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).

This decision was not made lightly and it comes from a place of reflection on my journey, values, and the direction I envision moving forward.

I am grateful for the experiences and opportunities that came with my membership, as well as the friendships and networks built over time. I remain deeply committed to advocating for progressive governance and serving our community with unwavering dedication.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. This transition marks a new chapter in my journey, and I am excited to continue contributing to meaningful change in ways that align more closely with my values and goals.
