Nri, a town known as the ancestral homeland of the Igbos and for its cultural heritage, is one of the ten towns in Anaocha local government area of Anambra State. It consists of two political wards, and six villages; one of which is Agbadani Village. Agbadani is one of the most populous villages in Nri, blessed with notable sons and daughters that are renowned in various sectors of endeavour.
Today, the Youths of the village votes new leaders for the youth wing of the village union.
The election was presided by Sir Emeka Nnebedum with the company of the members of Nri youths assembly led by Nonso Jideobi.
Also present in the election is the Regent of Nri kingdom, Prince Ikenna Onyesoh, with some notable figures in the town.
